These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with JB Global Limited. It is very important that you read and fully understand these terms and conditions prior to placing an order. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights. All references to 'us', 'we' or the 'company' refer to JB Global Limited. 'You' or the 'customer' refers to the person responsible for placing the order. By placing an order with JB Global Limited. you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

We are pleased to accept orders from Mainland United Kingdom and its associated islands. If you are outside these areas or overseas, please e mail us at prior to ordering and we will advise correct postage costs. The postage costs shown on the website are by default set for Mainland UK. All orders will be charged when they are placed. We will accept orders via telephone, online transaction, e-mail and post.

Payment Methods:

We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo. This payment can be made online via the SECURE checkout facility, or, by telephone on our Sales Hotline (Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5pm) on 08452 577293 .If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of the order. No orders will be accepted without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder and its registered address.  We do not accept Cheques or Postal Orders

After purchase, your item will be dispatched by courier at the standard rate indicated in the Postage and Packing section of the advert. A domestic handling time of 1 working days applies to all orders placed from the point of payment. Where a non mainland UK address is supplied, you will be informed of the required surcharge payment and our domestic handling time will begin upon receipt of that surcharge. We use Parcelforce and Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

We will endeavour to deliver to the UK mainland within 3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of payment and completion of your order; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. JB Global Limited shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales beyond our control. We would advise that you never book a campsite pitch or make plans to go away before your tent has been delivered and checked over. We are never able to compensate for costs arising from the loss of pitch fees. All items delivered require a signature. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.When you receive your item/s from our courier it is essential to check the packaging of your goods BEFORE signing the delivery note. If you have received a package that is damaged, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you sign the delivery note as "damaged" and notify us of this damage within 24 hours, by telephone or email, of receipt.  This is because the courier will not accept insurance claims for damaged packaging and goods if they have obtained a clean signature, or if they have not been notified within 24 hours of delivery. As a result we would appreciate your assistance on this matter. If Required, we will then arrange the item to be collected and replaced within the usual timeframe as indicated in the terms of delivery. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights in relation to faulty or mis-described goods. (see Returns and Cancellations sections for more information).

If you have not received your item 3 working days after receiving confirmation of your item being dispatched, you should notify us on the 4th working day by email or telephone.  If the courier  attempts delivery and there is no-one available to sign for the parcel a card will be left which will include details regarding what to do next.

If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct, using the details on the card, within the timescale stated.  If we receive an item returned back to us due to non communication on the buyers part, the buyer will then be responsible for all reshipping costs.
JB Global Ltd is unfortunately unable to offer a collection facility and therefore shipping charges will apply in all cases.
In the event that we cannot deliver your order or a part of your order for any reason,  we will endeavour to inform you within three working days via email.

To Cancel a Current Order:

If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order or part order with tentastic you must email within 24 hours of completing the order to If the order has already been dispatched, the cost of postage will be subtracted from the refund, as this charge will need to be paid to the courier.

We will ensure your request is actioned quickly, however please be aware that during busy periods refunds can take 14 working days to be actioned.

Items and Delivery Mistakes:

In the event of any goods being delivered faulty, or incorrect according to the delivery note/invoice then we must be notified within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the courier company. Liability in those cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown not to have been received by the customer. We are unable to refund any postage costs unless the item was sent in error or faulty, in these cases the credit card used will be credited with the price of postage paid. In the event of wanting to return a faulty or incorrect item please e mail us and we will e mail back a returns form. This form MUST be posted back to us with the product, we will then wherever possible action your request within 7 working days. If we are not able to action your return within this time period we will email you. If you do not include the completed returns note, we will be unable to action your return / refund.

The products must reach us within a further 7 days from notification and you will be refunded/exchanged within 14 days upon inspection to ensure that it is in its original condition.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for any reason at all you may do so up to 7 days from receipt of the goods. To return a non-faulty item the product must be in its original condition with the original labels attached and a copy of the invoice. Once an item has been used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found to have a fault. Should an item be returned with no fault but in a used condition we will return it to the customer upon receipt of a redelivery charge.

This form MUST be posted back to us with the product, we will then wherever possible action your request within 7 working days. Distance Selling Regulations:

As a mail order customer you have the right to cancel any item within 7 days of delivery provided they are in new and unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Items used will be deemed to have been accepted by you and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty. To cancel an item please e-mail us as advised above. Items must be received by us within 7 days of cancellation and you will receive a full refund to your credit card upon inspection of the goods. We will not refund your postage costs unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery.

Guarantee and Faulty Items:

All products are guaranteed for twelve months (unless otherwise stated) from the original date of invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear due to defective workmanship or materials so long as the product was used for its intended purpose. This guarantee excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse (i.e use for other than intended purpose of item). In the event of a product failing please call or e-mail us with details of the product, fault and age. A proof of purchase is necessary and the item must be returned in a clean and dry condition, any items returned in a state other than above will be returned to sender due to Health and Safety regulations. If the fault is deemed due to wear and tear or misuse or abuse, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs involved and no refund will be given.

Price and Print Errors:

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all details published are correct, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without notice.
Occasionally when we remove products and especially if you find a product through a search engine the item will display at £0.00. This is because search engines sometimes provide stored, cached pages (old 'copies') to speed the search process up. We reserve the right to refuse sale in this situation.

Please go to , clear your computer's Temporary Internet Files (e.g in Microsoft Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu > Internet Options > Delete Files) then refresh the page. If you then try looking for the item it should not display.

Products are sold singly, unless otherwise stated, and although we make every effort to ensure that we have stock we cannot guarantee that every item on the online shop is in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

Safety and Privacy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Shopping is safe with tentastic because all details are sent using encrypted software. This means that the credit card details sent are coded in such a way that, in the extremely unlikely event that someone is somehow able to obtain this information, only we can decode the information to obtain your credit card details. The credit card details are encrypted on your PC through the "encryption" page and they are only decrypted after they reach our computer. In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 2003) - "We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam) and we also conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998".
