Where are you based and do you have a show ground or room?

The Tentastic Offices are in Preston, Lancashire and unfortunately we don’t have a show ground or show room. Not having a show ground enables us to keep the costs down so that we can keep prices rock bottom! Don’t worry about your purchase as you are covered by the 7 day money back guarantee!

Can I collect my order from you directly?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a collection facility. Our warehouse facility is based in Suffolk and is part of a very large dispatch facility that is unable to allow members of the public on site for safety reasons.

How do I pay for my goods?

Payment can be made online with most credit and debit cards or by using Paypal. If however you don’t wish to use a card over the internet then we can take your order and payment over the phone on 08452 577293.

How Secure is my payment?

All payments are processed using an encrypted system which is 100% secure. The security of the site is verified daily and we never keep records of your card details.

How do I pick the right size tent for my requirements?

We would always advise that you take the number of people that will be going on the camping trip and then add two. Tent manufacturers allow between 50-80cm shoulder width for each person in the sleeping areas, therefore an 8 person tent will be a squeeze for 8 sleepers! The exception to the rule of course are festival tents, which generally speaking will only be for sleeping in.

How Waterproof is my tent?

Waterproofing is defined in terms of the Hydrostatic Head (HH) of the material. This measurement refers to the maximum height in millimetres at which a column of water, 1cm in diameter can be dropped onto the fabric with no leakage. The Ministry of Defence class 820 HH as waterproof. Most of our tents are 1500HH or higher, if you need further assistance, call Customer Service on 08452 577293 .

What are your delivery charges?

Our standard delivery charge is £6.95. Certain UK postcodes and addresses not on the mainland will be charged at £10.95 to cover surcharges raise by the carrier. Please refer to the Delivery section on the site.

Do you ship to International destinations?

We do have the facility to ship to most European countries. The shipping charge will vary and will display at checkout stage. Please be aware that this charge is for one parcel and should your order require more than one parcel to be dispatched, we will contact you for additional payments per box prior to dispatch.

When can I expect my purchase to arrive?

All of our mainland UK orders are dispatched 3 working days following receipt of payment and goods are usually delivered to the customer on the day after. Non mainland UK deliveries (including the Highlands of Scotland) will be delivered 2-3 working days after dispatch and International deliveries usually take 3-5 working days. Please be aware that occasionally there may be delays of up to 24hrs during our peak season (May-August).

Are my purchased guaranteed?

Our Customer Service Manager will respond directly to you within 2 working days of receipt.
